Enjoy an authentic Spanish four-course meal
Experience the brilliance of classical Spanish guitarist, Daniel Turner, as he leads you through the night with four Spanish-style musical sets to accompany each course.
This divine evening will be held in the Grand Ballroom of Windsor's historic Masonic Temple.
Escape into an evening inspired by the sights, sounds, and tastes of the classic Spanish taberna. Experience an authentic 4 course dinner accompanied by live musical performances from which the dishes draw their inspiration.
Designed by Chef Shannon Frances, the first and second courses are traditional tapas—simple, savory bites inspired by the heritage of the Basque Country. This is followed by a sumptuous main course featuring the high lights of Spanish cuisine and concludes with a Spanish pear pavlova.

Spanish classical guitarist Daniel Turner leads an ensemble performing Latin classics, along with renditions of modern pop songs. Settle in for the second act, featuring soulful solos and a ballad that will tug at your heartstrings. Songs include Despacito, Besame Mucho, Recuerdos de la Alhambra, Gerudo Valley, Adagio, and more!

What is Taste the Music?
Taste the Music is a Dinner Theatre production where the menu is inspired by the melodies of the evening. Each show brings its own unique flavour of sights, sounds, and tastes!
Is there bar service?Yes there is a house bar that will be open before the show, during intermission, and after the show. Out of respect for performers and the guests around you, it will not be serving during the acts.How does seating work?Private table seating per number of guests in the booking order.
Is this dinner 19+?No. The recommended age is 14+. You may be asked to present ID at the bar.Is parking available?There is free limited parking on the Masonic property. There is paid garage parking across the street.Are there different meal options?The music and menu pairings will be revealed leading up to the event. We offer our normal four-course Spanish dinner and a vegan option to help accommodate dietary restrictions. Due to the nature of this event, no other food customization can be offered.
